Marinext AIOS is a workspace for AI-powered marketing operations. The data you load belongs to you and stays inside your organization scope. This page describes what we collect, why, and how to ask for changes.

Marketing site (this website)
On marinextaios.com we collect basic, privacy-respecting analytics, page views, country, referrer, device class. We do not use third-party advertising trackers and we do not sell visitor data. If you book a call via Calendly or send us an email, your contact details and message are stored only for the purpose of replying.
Product workspace
When you use the Marinext product (app.marinextaios.com), the sources, drafts, agents, runs and cost events you create live in your organization workspace. Row-level security separates organizations. Secrets are vaulted. We do not use customer content to train shared models, your brain is yours.
Sub-processors
We rely on a small set of sub-processors to operate the product: Vercel (web hosting), Supabase (database, auth, storage), OpenAI (embeddings), Anthropic (chat models). Each receives only the data needed to perform its function. The current list is available on request.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Requests go to mariela@marinextai.com. Bulgarian and EU data subjects have rights under GDPR; we respond within thirty days.
