Product
The Marinext product is provided under a separate service agreement, signed at the start of an engagement. The product agreement covers uptime, support, data handling, and pricing. This page does not replace it.

Acceptable use
Don't use the product to generate disinformation, harassment, or content that violates the law. Don't try to extract another organization's data. Don't probe the platform for vulnerabilities outside of an authorized engagement. We can suspend access if any of those happen.

Liability
AI is probabilistic. Marinext is a system for governing it, review queues, audit trails, cost ceilings, but the human in the loop is always you. We don't accept liability for content you approve and ship.

Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced to active customers in writing.
